A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 c20 plus phones for myself and my wife c20. We were very happy before we got the new update on August 8th. After we downloaded it, we started having problems. No one will get through to our phones, people say that they immediately go to the answering machine, or just deathly silence, or there are simply no rings. We ourselves also have to dial the number several times for the call to go through. But before we downloaded the update, everything was just fine. I did a restart, then I restarted the network, everything remained unchanged. What to do.
Return the phones back or wait until the issue is resolved.

can you try receving your calls from safe mode?
you can enter your safe mdoe by:
restart your phone: when Samsung Galaxy S20 logo comes up, keep press and hold volume down until the phone is fully turned on.
you will see safe mode on bottom left corner.
try receiving your calls in this mode. if your phone works, then one of application you downloaded is causing the issue.
you can exit out safe mode by simply restarting your phone.
can you give me the last 4 numbers of software version?
you can find it at settings -> about -> software info -> last 4 numbers of baseband.
