In my gallery when I save an attachment it goes directly to it under Textra. Textra is the messaging app that I use. It is internally saved. How can I change Textra and other albums to save on my SD card? Also still having issues Edge lighting is not working at all. Screen just lights up on my S20FE. Please help

I think you misunderstand my post. I'm not saying when I save pictures that I have taken with my camera. I'm saying if someone sends me a message to save the attachment. Your response has to do with the camera storage completely, it doesn't have anything to do with the attachment that is saved from an MMS message, but thank you. Now to clarify I am saying when you click on your gallery and you look at every album in your gallery, does anyone know how to save the gallery album that you click on to your SD card?

Hey,

@Bigbare0089

I haven't used textra or chomp in a while so I installed it and looked for download options.

All I can see is the option to download to the gallery automatically. I turned that off. I manually downloaded an image from a mms I received. It created a new new folder in internal storage/  pictures/ textra.

I don't have a SD card installed so I don't know if textra would recognize it and offer it as a download to option. I didn't see any download to options other than the default folder it created in internal storage.

If you can't change the download location there might be other options available such as syncing the textra album to Microsoft one drive, Google photos etc.

Best regards,
