Glitch and screenlock

I have the S20 note ultra.

This morning, my phone just started having this black lines glitch in my screen that comes and goes or sometimes alot of black lines and then the screen will turn turn off by itself, does anyone have the same problem?

I already did a force and hard reset.

Thinking of doing a factory reset.

A hard reset and a factory reset is the same thing.  If you didn't already do a "factory reset", by all means, give that a try.  Good luck!

You could perform a soft reset and clear your cache. If that does not work you could try a factory reset but don't forget to back your data up. If the problem occurs even after a factory reset, I would recommend sending in your device to Samsung or a uBreakiFix facility if one is located near you
