I was under the impression that my back up and sync was going to my Google account but it's not and my phone is bogged down because it's memory is full. Then a Samsung rep moved my photos and video, ect to my SD card and I don't know how to get them back on my phone. Help

If your using a Samsung phone you need to register an email to a Samsung account. That email is linked to a Samsung. You can stop that and choose Google if you like. You need to do that on the Samsung account website

Yes. Log into your samsung account and change the sync option off.
