How do I deactivate the lock option on my s20?

I turned on the lock feature and set up a password but now I want to turn it off.. anyone know how?

for the FR lock or the phone screen lock?

do you remember it or are you lock out of the phone? if known then, settings, lock screen, screen lock type, enter the pin one last time, then choose one of the other 3 types or none.
