Interesting. I had no idea that the S20 Ultra had the TOF sensor. The info I found indicates that S20+ also has it but it doesn't mentioned it on the S20.
So I was able to get it on my S20 Ultra. It doesn't appear to show up in the Camera -> Bixby area like that article indicates. Instead, open the Galaxy store and search for 3D scanner. You can download it from there. Once installed, you can just launch it from the icon.
