I can't update may s20 fe 5g past Android 10

When I try to update my s20 fe 5g software the phone says the software is current. I am on wifi and I have enough storage. Help please.

Have you check Software information? I'm asking because we're currently on Android 12 and that's weird that your on Android 10

I'd settle for a factory reset, and then try again (obviously you want to back up files you want to keep beforehand). If that fails, I'd try using Samsung's SmartSwitch app (desktop version). Lastly, if that fails, use Android ADB app to install the most recent OS for your Samsung. Go to sammobile.com for more info on manually installing the most current OS for your smartphone model.
