The only way I know is to silence or have your phone on vibration.

yeah, I believe its locked into your Bootloader files. Used to be able to modify those back in the day but Samsung has that on lock for the most part

mute your phone prior to turning it off or restarting. or go into setting>sounds and vibration>volume>slide system off or to mute. these two options should prevent the boot sound from happening.
