I went to check and see if there was an update to my phone and I got this message. This is the first time I've ever seen it. I have a Samsung 20 I think they're trying to push Android 12 to the AT&t Samsung Galaxy s20 users

Att is bad company with no knowledge about solving a problems with phone. I use to have att before then I switched to Verizon where customer service and their technical team is problem solvers, if they can't solve a problem they would just send u same replacement phone

In my opinion I believe it has to do something with the Android 12 update that they're going to push
