I am having issues with installing an app I'm trying to download through Google Chrome. It downloads it but does not install it. What are the proper setting to have on my phone? I was able to download and install on my Galaxy S10 but not on my S20.

Is there enough space for it to install?

@Carlos93 After downloading in Chrome, slide down from the top of the screen and look for a notification that the file was downloaded. Click that notification and select open. If it is an apk (application) file, it will ask you if you want to install it.

I do that and when it's installing, it stops and says application not installed. I am not sure if some of my privacy settings are set correctly.

@Carlos93 It could be that it is not compatible with your phone.

Could that be it? Eventhough I can get it from the actual Google Play Store or Samsung store?

@Carlos93

"Eventhough I can get it from the actual Google Play Store or Samsung store?"

If you download and install directly from the Play store or Samsung's Galaxy Store, those should be compatible.

You said you were downloading using Chrome. When you download from sources outside the 2 stores you never know what you are getting.
