Issues with connecting to WIFI & Bluetooth

Anyone else having issues connecting to wifi and Bluetooth with the Samsung S20?  This is so annoying. I DONT WANT TO FACTORY RESET and I can't event backup my stuff.   Any tips/advice.  Thanks in advance.

Try resetting just the Wi-Fi settings, then restart phone & reconnect them. Sometimes it works for me.

Tried that. Tried doing a diagnostic test on cell too. Even called phone company. They suggest I just buy a new phone. Smh. Or factory reset

Yes, my Note 20 will not allow wifi to connect
