Galaxy S20My microphone barely barely picks up any voice sound for apps. Calls using the device are fine as well as calls using speakerphone. Any other apps using the microphone do not work. Google Assistant does not hear me. However, in voice recorder, if I tap on the phone it picks that up okay, but otherwise cannot hear me. I've reset my apps, and then factory reset using android, but have not tried to reset using the boot menu. Anyone hear of this type of issue before? Software is up to date.

Galaxy S20I came here for this too. Nothing works. Taken it to the Customer Service Centre in my area; they couldn't figure out the problem either. Here's a link to the kind of issues I'm experiencing:

Galaxy S20Run the test in the Samsung Members app. Bottom right of the screen tap Support and then diagnostics, find the microphone icon by scrolling down and tap on it. It will then run diagnostics on both Microphones. Mine resulted in one of the two mics failing and service is required.
