I have a Galaxy S20+. Just updated the OS. Got the new annoying popup for Jibe chat features using RCS. I choose not to use it but it simply won't take no for an answer. All online advice does not work to remove this repeated popup. Such as go to messages, settings, chat features etc. Chat features is dimmed and not accessible. Also no advanced tab there either. Please help me turn this off completely. After reading it's disclosures I choose not to allow my texts or messages or possibly calls be shared by whom they choose or censored for that matter. The decisions are delegated to a third party I do not trust or ask to have any access to my information, period.

I can definitely understand how frustrating this can be. Jibe is the platform used by Google for its chat services. It is required to accept the permissions to use the services of that app. Here is a link to the terms of service from Google. https://jibe.google.com/policies/terms/ You are welcome to submit a report in the Members app with feedback.

What model number, carrier and software build do you have?

Software build: (settings > about phone > software information - last 4 digits of SW build number)
