Lost apps and widgets after update!!!!

I just updated my Samsung s20 this morning 12 /22 /2020 , now I eat a lot of my apps and widgets are missing I mean a lot of them I've tried everything I have read can't get them back what the heck's going on I will never update this phone again Samsung has really upset a lot of people on this one

Do you happen to have your phone backed up? Using Smart Switch , it's really easy to restore your phone if you had a backup previously saved.

what is your carrier? and your software version? (setting - about - software info - baseband ver)
