Missing options on keyboard in game app

Has anyone had a problem with parts of they keyboard becoming unable to use in a game app? In words with friends 2, I suddenly lost my keyboard emojis and predictive texts. Zynga tells me it is my phone but I have always had these options in the game app. I have no problem with it in any other app on my phone

I am having the same exact problem. No other app has this problem except for WWF2, I am able to use either GBoard or Samsung Keyboard and access all features just fine anywhere else. I have never had this issue in WWF2 before, it just started a few days ago and it is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled GBoard and WWF2 to see if that would solve it, but nothing is helping. Zynga's support is useless. If anyone can get them to realize it's them and not our phones, it would really be helpful as it's very frustrating.

I've contacted them about it. Mine quit working with this new phone I got. S21 plus. Zynga says they are aware of the issue, and that they are working on it. That was a week and a half ago. 😒

I have the same issue! Wasted so much time trying to fix. WWF2. No emojis and predictive text stopped working. Only in WWF2.

I have tried telling support that I have no issues with my keyboard anywhere else on my phone. I am contacting support again
If anyone can help get this fixed, please let us know

Wow. So many more with the same issue. S20 Ultra and the exact same issue. Just started recently and the chat sometimes bogs and lags REAL bad at times. I have to close and reopen to have it function, albeit partially, again.
