Mobile Provider: Google Fi
 Network Location: United States
 Network: GLOBAL
 Updates: Current
Mobile Device: Samsung Galaxy S20+ with 5G
 
 No mobile network service. Calling & Texting over Wi-Fi still occurs. Phone number is fine and shows in Settings, but no connectivity and the network information in Settings is scattered it best.
 
 Already tried:
 
 Network Reset
 Soft SIM Reset
 Full SIM Swap
 Fi App Reset
 Fi App Reinstall
 
 Any advice is welcome.

Did you buy the phone from Google Fi or had it with another carrier?

It is a Verizon phone, but it has been unlocked from the carrier. Also, I had perfect service for over a month before this occurred with no apparent cause.

Why do you ask? :thinking_face:

I did; spent 2 hours on live chat with them...no dice. Now I'm in email communication with one of the engineers, they send me things to try and we go from there I guess. :\
