My front facing camera won't work

I am looking for some help regarding the use front facing camera because mine wont work and I am wondering if I could get some help with it if yall have experienced anything like this before.

Place the phone in Safe Mode and then test the front camera. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983 If the front camera is still not working in Safe Mode, then service would be recommended.

 

For service within the U.S., you can take your phone to the nearest uBreakiFix location, https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung, or send a private message with the full model code and the IMEI number of the phone. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

go to settings >apps>camera> clear cache
