I got a problem. My voice-mail notification in drop down menu is stuck. I went into settings and cleared cache and data from the call settings app and phone app. Still the notification is there. What should I do?

You need delete a message from the voice-mail, depending your phone proveedor open the voice mail app and sincronize, that one going to download the message to your phone, other way is call to your number and use the menu opcion for delete the voice message

Use the voicemail app in your phone, that will clean your voicemail from tracfone

I have to keep going into app and system apps settings. Look for phone services and clear data and the notification disappears. When I turn phone back on the notification is back. No new voice-mail when I check!

Any help please! I still have the problem with voice-mail notification. I have to go to settings and then apps. Select system apps and scroll down to phone services. Then tap on storage. Tap clear data for app and notification dissappears! Late it shows up again, I check and no new voice-mail messages!

Call your phone from another phone & leave yourself a voicemail and then wait about 5 minutes then swipe down your drop down menu & hit your voicemail notification that's stuck & it should take you to your voicemail & delete the message u just left yourself & that should do it,it's worked for me every time,if that doesn't work, i would probably call your provider & see if they can help u or at least point u in the right direction, good luck
