Galaxy S20
Bought a Samsung S20 FE in Nov 2021. In May 2022 green horizontal lines appear on the screen. The phone is send to a Samsung authorized workshop for repair within the warranty.
The workshop informs that the phone display has been replaced/disconnected because of 2 things:
a) the camera is uncentered and b) there is a red label on the backside (inside) of the phone with an unusual position - see picture.
The phone has NEVER been opened and the display has NEVER been replaced since I bought the phone. The phone was bought as new from a well know shop, who informs the phone is from Samsung Sweden. Therefore it seems very strange with the findings from the workshop?
Question to the community - hope somebody can help: Have anybody experience with the placement of this red mark (see picture) and an idea how the camera can/have become uncentered?

Galaxy S20If this is true, the warranty is probably voided.

Galaxy S20Hi rrga11, Than you for your suggestion. The seller is though a second party seller and claims the phone was bought directly from Samsung in Sweden together with 500 other brand new Samsung S20. That is was is also making the case strange?
