New update stopped my mobile data working?

I installed the new update on my s20 5g on Dec 28th

Since then my mobile data hasnt worked at all- it says full 5g signal and bars but when i go to load something on the interent it wont load and says connection error or something as if there is no internet.

I can still call and text- its just the mobile data that isnt working.

Have called tmobile numerous times to troubleshoot and nothing works (switching to 3g and reseting data connection etc) 

Now i am starting to think its a problem with the samsung phone?

 

Anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?

no it's the update. they need to fix it. I had alot of problems with my phone also after the update. I ended up having to do a factory reset and it fixed most of the problems then the roaming issue popped up. but then it gradually started getting better. but I still having the roaming issue pop up every now and then. I have my phone set on the 5g option it's worked better then it ever has. that's what the guy at the ubreakit said.

I would try a network reset, then if that doesn't help, then I would contact your service provider
