easiest, quickest fix... settings, general management, reset, reset all settings... then all your apps and your phone will be reset to the default, straight out the box setting. then you'll just have to set your settings up again like if your phone was new. it will not erase any data from your phone, it reset permissions and all apps will have to ask again.
