No message delivery notifications

My Samsung galaxy s20 will not show me when messages are delivered.  I have followed rather directions and turned on the message delivered notification on both text and multimedia text and still not working

go to settings in messages app. tap on the read receipt in chat settings and tap each setting on in the more settings you mentioned

I noticed this happened after the last update. It is extremely frustrating! it happened to all the samsungs I've come in contact with.

what carrier do you have?

I have At&t my co worker has Verizon and when she did the update she now has the same issue
