My wife's phone has had 2 updates.. Mines hasn't had not even 1!! I still don't have Instagram mode on camera?? Help please

I uninstalled it.. and installed it back in.. Couldn't find the clear cache

Well when u want the feature in camera mode like Instagram mode it sure is a problem.. I want all software updates so my phone is running better!!

@Joeyjoe what is your baseband version? This is found in Settings>About Phone>Software Information. Also, who is your carrier?
