I can't help you if you don't tell me what you're having trouble with. Did you read the step by step directions on the page carefully? This process isn't necessarily for the layman. I would reach out to your carrier (on the phone or in a cooperate store) as to why you're not receiving the updates in all truth, if you're having issues with manually installing them yourself. Your carrier should be able to help you out.
