Why is it when i looking at my phone or have my phone just next to me my text and other tones dont go off. I was told by multiple people by service providers that its a feature Samsung put on phone to be less annoying. If find that the tones dont go off in those cases very annoying. That need to be made a changeable feature so the user can choose wheather or not to have that feature. I want the tones to go off well using my phone.
