I ordered an S20 Ultra as a birthday present. I paid extra for overnight delivery but it was shipped as normal 2 day, with the Thanksgiving holiday it makes it 3 days. When I contacted live support all they offered was a "promo credit" towards future purchases which is not what I asked for. Not a large sum of money but it's their mistake not mine.
