I have a Samsung galaxy s20 5G AT&T unlocked smartphone with TracFone service. After last software upgrade my phone is getting notifications for voice-mail. I go to check and there are no new voice-mail. I go into settings and apps. Then tap on show system apps. Scroll down to phone services. Then tap on it and go to storage. Then tap clear data. Notifications disappear for awhile but come back! Any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you!!
Does Tracphone use a specific app for voicemails, or visual voicemails? Is there anywhere you aren't checking, or possibly another app you can clear the cache/data of? Since this is a carrier service, have you reached out to them about this yet? They should be able to rectify this issue.
