Photos and videos don't show in gallery

Hi everyone,

I put an SD card in my s20 to store photos and videos. I was filing a time lapse and viewed but but after viewing it once I couldn't see it again. It happens to few of my photos and videos randomly. It did happen once before but I formatted my sd card and it was fine afterwards. Now after 2 months it happened again. I tried viewing them on my computer but no luck . Does anyone know how to recover them?

Are you able to view them if you move them back to the phone from your SD card?

No. I can't even view them on the computer and they're not on cloud.
