Photos uploading upside down in Instagram

Hello everyone!

As anyone noticed photos taken with their camera, and trying to upload them to social media platform. The picture appears upside-down?

No. Where is deleting from?

Gallery. When it first started, I was uploading photos to Facebook but some of them didn't show up and some of them were only half of the picture. When I went to Gallery the thumbnails showed up but when I clicked to open one, it would open but in a few seconds, disappear.

The other weird thing that happened is that all of my downloaded themes disappeared. The only themes I have are the ones that came pre-installed.
