Galaxy S20I purchased a Galaxy S20 5G through Samsung.com. I selected my intended carrier as T-Mobile. I get my phone a year ago its all paid off and now I want to change carriers. I've contacted T-Mobile like 3 times and they are useless. Who can assist me on this or who is supposed to assist me on this?
Thanks!

Galaxy S20Carrier locks can only be undone by the original carrier, and TheGalaxy is correct: they are required to do so by law as long as you meet their requirements for doing so.
