Randomly ringing

Hi, my phone is randomly ringing. This is the second time in 1 month. I called samsung support and they advised me to factory reset. I did that, but the problem is still there. It looks like factory reset will not help. Samsung must fix this in next update. This is so annoying. I trusted Samsung support representative last time and lost all my important data by resetting. They are very inexperienced.

Is that ringing is similar to a phone ring or more of a notification chime?

Do you remember if this could be related to any recent software update or possibly a third party app causing this?

Phone ring. I don't think it cause by update, because it happened twice before update and after update.
