I purchased a Samsung galaxy S 20+ Outright directly from Samsung. The phone turned out to be a lemon straight out of the box. The phone has been repaired twice within two months. The issue is Samsung refuses to give me a full refund for the phone instead they keep wanting to repair it. They will definitely hear from my lawyers soon. I refuse to own a $1200 phone that has been repaired i'm not functioning properly since day one. Please let me know if anyone has been able to resolve this type of issue and how.
