I sent my s20+

in for repair on June 25, 2021. When I called in and explained that I could not see the screen but could here it ring and the alarms still worked. They stated that I could send in to repair for 300. They put a hold on my credit card. I week or so later the said that they could not fix because the could not see the imei number. They knew this when they got the phone. They have the imei number because I still owe $600. Well it's been a month and I still don't have the returned phone. Every week They tell me the same thing. We are going to mail it back but never mail it. Once they said they would over night it but they didn't do that either. Does anyone know what can be done? The agents on line have no power to do anything. Sigh....

Go to samsung support website and chat with an agent. Give them your repair confirmation number Ask to escalate the case
