S20 5G display issue, white/green patches

From around the mid of the July, my s20 5g display shows slight flickering lines on the handset first, which were noticeable while white background. Eventually the phone displays green lines all over the screen, followed by white lines, making it effectively unusable.

The issue starts when scan lines appear on the display. The lines get worse over time, to an extent where the entire display goes white, or sometimes, green. At this point, the phone becomes unusable as the display doesn’t show anything.

No physical damage, No water damage, the problem started itself.

I've been using Samsung flagships form the Galaxy S8, then S9, S10, now S20 5g. This is totally ridiculous, please Samsung do the fix ASAP. Thanks.

I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be and would be happy to look into this further for you. If there are pink lines or small dots on your screen, they could be stuck or dead pixels. Having a couple of dead pixels is not unusual, and individual pixels are typically unnoticeable. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001485/
