Hello, I hope someone can help with a solution that won't require a hard reset.
Since the last update my call badge won't clear. I keep seeing the number 2, I cleared all recent and missed calls but the number is still stuck there on my phone icon. I have cleared the phone app cache, and restarted the device several time and it's still there. It's really annoying, can someone advise how to clear this please?
Go to Settings>Notifications>Advanced settings and turn off Apps icon badges and see if it resets the settings for all apps. If it clears it, turn it back on. Also, clear the cache for the phone app in settings>apps>phone>storage>Clear cache.
