S20 FE Camera issues

I use the document scan feature on my phone a lot. Atleast 30 times per day. But all of a sudden today, every time I scan an image, it comes out black. But if I take a normal photo it comes out normal. Today I had to edit every single image to mimic the document scan feature.

Go to camera > settings > scene optimizer > and make sure document scanning is turned on

I have the same problem too. It has started since the new Build Number : G781WVLU5DUH6 which was installed a couple of days ago. Have you also installed an update recently?

I can understand how frustrating this issue can be. Have you made sure your phone is up to date on its software? Have you tried clearing the cache? Have you tried reaching out to the app developer? You will be able to find their information in the play store.

Software is up to date .
Per my last comment, yes, cache is cleared.
It's the default camera app on the galaxy s20, yall are the developers.

Does this issue still persist when your phone is in safe mode?

The problem is still persistant when in safe mode.  It will give a black screen everytime. Also if you try to save the black screen as a picture the camera app will close.
