S20 FE- Not Eligible for Promotions

Hey,

     So I bought an S20 FE on October 4th and wanted to activate the Spotify Promotion which didn't show up in the Spotify app. So I reached out to Twitter Samsung Support USA and they said that the S20 FE is not eligible for promotions regarding Spotify premium. I was confused as to why it would be listed in the cart with the S20 FE and counted towards the discount.
