My mother is having a problem with her S20FE phone. She has a pin # set up on the lock screen. Her phone did a security update a few days ago. Last night her phone was locked and not recognizing her pin. She is now down to a few attempts before it factory resets. We tried to use the unlock feature on her Samsung acct online and that didn't work. Any suggestions? Or has this happened to anyone else?
I've seen some users here having the same issues of not able to unlock their phone after the update. Not sure if it's an option for you but maybe doing a factory reset? If you do hope you have important stuff backed up.
Everything is backed up but won't let us do reset. It's the strangest thing. She had this happen before after an update. She went up to U break I fix per samsung and she entered her pin and phone just unlocked. Now the other day same thing. Phone did update and now won't unlock.
