mine has also broken whilst being in my pocket, it looks like the the top left lens was too close to the glass on the inside and has shattered a perfect hole in the glass exactly around the lens. This has left a hole which dust and water can get in and cause further damage to the camera. I have a case on the phone and have never dropped or sat on it. Samsung need to sort these problems under warranty.

I wonder.... Is that the telephoto lens? It moves in and out, right?

My S20 Ultra camera glass also has a hairline crack that runs from side to side and crosses over the main camera lens. Literally showed up in the last hour. It wasn't dropped or sat on. It's in an official Samsung leather case. This is ridiculous.

FYI. Let's go to Facebook then. Face Facebookmail for it.

I posted publicly on their wall and then inboxed them all details at their request including links to this forum and other websites discussing this issue.

I did too and they claimed this was brand new information, never heard of it and I had to pay. So I linked them here, made a post here and they removed it. I'm refusing to pay and asked them to tell me again in writing (I needed this for my records) that they were unaware of this issue and that I needed to pay. They immediately switched me to another member and told me to bring it in for evaluation.

I'm trying to screen shot all pages before they remove them,
Happy to upload them to Facebook or anywhere else.
Saying it's sp@m, instead of looking after their customers regarding this issue.

I just got this exact samemessage for my "Open Letter to Samsung" post.
It was made so they could be open with all of us having this issue.
Instead they deleted it and then have the audacity to have this very same reply.
I've gone and got Office of Fair Trading involved as Samsung have to step up, take resonsposibility, and reapir or replace or recall theses phones.

Your post was adapted and shared on reddit under the Samsung and S20 pages. I don't have a reddit account, but other people are saying the same thing!
