S20 Ultra with camera glass cracks.. US customers please read

And you know this how?  My phone was in my pocket, with a screen protector on the camera cover, and the glass face of the camera shattered. There's no damage to the added protector, no impact mark whatsoever, so explain that Einsein. I think you don't know what you are talking about and/or you are a Samsung shill just spouting the company propoganda line of BS..... Or maybe  you're just a clueless know-it-all who is never wrong.  Either way, BUZZZZZ... wrong answer.

After repair, dust under the glass.(not under the top film, but under the glass). Done by the Official repair partner for samsung in Estonia (MTTC EESTI)

Is this really the quality you expect from your official partners. I didn't...

I seriously doubt that the phone is still dust- and waterproof after two repairs with the same glass.

Adding in my own report of cracked camera glass S20 Ultra. Had the phone replaced for $99 under my support contract. Did absolutely nothing to cause this. Phone is in a Speck case and was not dropped. 

Posting this as I'm sure it'll happen again and want proof to go back against Samsung.

A long hair line crack appears for no apparent reason on the camera bump. I have not dropped the phone at all.

Had my s20 ultra 4 weeks my rear camera has cracked for no reason never been dropped and is also kept in a genuine samsung case.samsung repair centre trying to charge £69 to fix saying no one has had the same issue Clearly looking on here lots of people in the same boat. Clearly samsung need to sort this issue out as it is a problem with the s20 ultra and is now making me look towards an iphone. I've been with samsung user  since the s3 but certainly never had this issue with any another phone. The customer service at samsung is apualing .

Agreed 100%. I have the Tech21 case and mine  has a hairline crack at 45 degrees from bottom left to top right. I also have two internal glass pock marks on the front screen. I also have been very loyal to Samsung (Vibrant to  S8+, now S20Ultra) and this is the worst one unfortunately, and the most expensive by far.
