My phone is one week old and has a hairline crack across camera lens! I paid $1511.00 for this phone and never dropped or abused it. What is Samsung going to do to fix my phone? I am not obligated to pay for this since its considered defective! From what I'm reading on here I may need to file with the Better Business Bureau, is this the case?
And you know this how? My phone was in my pocket, with a screen protector on the camera cover, and the glass face of the camera shattered. There's no damage to the added protector, no impact mark whatsoever, so explain that Einsein. I think you don't know what you are talking about and/or you are a Samsung shill just spouting the company propoganda line of BS..... Or maybe you're just a clueless know-it-all who is never wrong. Either way, BUZZZZZ... wrong answer.
After repair, dust under the glass.(not under the top film, but under the glass). Done by the Official repair partner for samsung in Estonia (MTTC EESTI)
Is this really the quality you expect from your official partners. I didn't...
I seriously doubt that the phone is still dust- and waterproof after two repairs with the same glass.
I can understand your frustration after getting the device repaired and experiencing these symptoms. I see that your device is a non-US model. This forum is for the support of US models and since support is limited for non-US models I would recommend going to https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/ and reaching out to the country of origin for the fastest resolution to your issue. Thank you for being the best part of Samsung!
Adding in my own report of cracked camera glass S20 Ultra. Had the phone replaced for $99 under my support contract. Did absolutely nothing to cause this. Phone is in a Speck case and was not dropped.
Posting this as I'm sure it'll happen again and want proof to go back against Samsung.
