S20 Ultra camera crack

Does every single Galaxy s20 Ultra get the crack in the back of the camera? Will a camera protector help it from doing so? I use an otterbox defender series pro case and so far, so good. I'm getting my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen.

No not every S20 Ultra gets a camera crack. I've done plenty of drop test on my channel testing out certain cases and the camera still looks brand new👍

Because your test proved the phone you used did not have an issue does notbin any way show there was not an isdue..

I've had my s20 ultra for a bit, always in a protective case and never dropped it. My camera is shattered in one area and spidered out from there. Called Samsung said there is nothing they could do because it is cosmetic damage. I feel like this is an issue on their part seeming that its just not happening to just a few people. Before I had this phone I had the s8 for 3yrs..... I only had issues with it twice but that was in the second and third year of owning it. I'm so angry that I now have a $1300 phone that is now garbage and Samsung feels they should take no responsibility for the faulty camera glass

My has had her S20 for one month with no problems. She plugged it in over night & woke up with the camera glass cracked.  She put the phone in an Otterbox as soon as she got the phone.  Long story short. Samsung refuses to say there is a problem & returned her phone.  So we now have to spend money to get it fixed. Thanks samsung.

Mine just did the same thing brand new and it has a hole in the exact same spot as all the pics in the thread. This is not ok.

I have the s20 plus and noticed a crack in my camera and went to take a pic and bottom right corner of pics are now fuzzy. I hope they are going to replace it. I pay 11.99 a month for the warranty!!! Im sorry to hear they can't help u
