Does every single Galaxy s20 Ultra get the crack in the back of the camera? Will a camera protector help it from doing so? I use an otterbox defender series pro case and so far, so good. I'm getting my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen.
Same with me. I haven't dropped it or anything but just noticed a crack in the glass. Considering the price of this phone it's a joke. Will avoid Samsumg for future phones.
I actually bought this phone because of a GREAT experience with the S7 Edge. Samsung lost me as a customer with this debacle though. The phone had a barely working finger print scanner also (along with face unlock that NEVER works). I reprogrammed it over and over, didn't matter which finger, it would 30% of the time not recognize it. When setting up the finger print scanner it kept saying push harder, but even pushing hard it could barely read my prints. If I pushed any harder i'd have a broken display!
FYI I updated my post above after my experience with their Support team, where they told me they had no idea of this issue, so I had to pay. I'm refusing, linked them here and asked for everything emailed and in writing for my records. They deleted it.
FYI, I got an audit trail from chatting with a Samsung support personnel on their website. I actually tried a number of avenues - phone, chat and visiting the Samsung experience store.
So wait.... we are on Samsung's own message board, and no acknowledgement from them??? Have had mine 2 weeks and my daughter noticed today that it was broken. Never dropped, cased, and has stress fractures all over it......
