Thanks for your inquiry. Once available, updates are released to Carriers and thereafter, it is at the Carriers' discretion to release the update to customers. Since updates are released by Carriers in waves, we’re unable to determine when your device will receive an update. We appreciate your loyalty. If your service provider is with Straight Talk, you will need to speak with them regarding updates for your device. I apologize for any inconvenience!

Yeah, makes me a little upset that it's 2 months behind!

If its US unlocked, the update has to be certified with all carriers before its pushed to users, so that contributes to the delay as well.

Still though, it shouldn't take 2 months to get security updates that are vital to the phones privacy. I paid 600 for this phone, I want my updates.

Just put an att sim in. Basically have a old sim that's deactivated. Pop it in when you see SamMobile site update and then you have dead sims for whichever services get the update first. That's what I do for the note 20 ultra. I have att as my service. When I had TMobile I just used a dead att sim. Then I found a cheaper plan for att so I have the lastest updates without needed to swap sims for the updates
