Greed, greed, greed.
This phone cost $1400. A sensor cost less than $1. So to save a buck, some greedy person decided to remove it.
I wouldn't care as much if their watch actually did a good job with the heart rate, but it doesn't. And it also does not have oxygen saturation measurement.
I am no longer a Samsung fan.
I personally would consider NOT buying the S20 ultra 5g if I had notice it didn't have the heart sensor.
my S20 ultra is great, however, some of the competitors are also very good. The extra good it has in the camera doesn't compensate for the missing heart rate sensor, as I personally use much more the heart sensor than the 10x zoom.
I think it does, but its not exposed.
Try this .. install withings health mate app ( safe and reputed).
Look for heart rate option in the app. App would direct you what to do.
