After the latest update, my S20 fails to detect the SIM. Occasionally, after a reboot, the phone will detect the SIM for a few minutes and function, but then stops working. I got a new SIM from AT&T. I factory reset the phone same results. I have seen others with this issue. Any update as to when this will be fixed?

Thank you for that information. The next step I would recommend is a service repair to make sure there is no damage to the SIM card port. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.

Samsung. Anything here? Extremely frustrating that an update can completely disable a phone that is only one year old and not receive any response. I am not the only person with this issue. Look through the forum. Others are experiencing the same issue after the update.

Thank you for reaching out.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be to not have service on your device and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Did you restore your device from a back up after factory resetting it?

How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?

Have you tried resetting your network setting? Please know this will remove all of your saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, networks and devices.

These symptoms started about 3 weeks ago after the update I received. I went through several troubleshooting steps starting with resetting the network and finally defaulting the phone without restoring any data and I still experience this issue.
