I picked up a S20 5G on Saturday at the Verizon store. I've been trying all day to add Samsung Care+ to my account. There is nowhere in the Members app to add it. I called Asurion who pointed need me back to Samsung. They directed me to samsungcareplus.com/us#!/ to try to order it, but when I plug in my imei, it says "The IMEI you have entered is not an Australian IMEI". Huh??? I'm on the US site. Samsung, you are making this too difficult. Now I'm waiting for a call back from a supervisor.
Thanks Rydah, but no luck. This is what I get (and I am on the US site): The IMEI you have entered is not an Australian IMEI. Please try again. To register for Samsung Care+, you must have an Australian device.
