In Samsung Notes Settings, the toggle to Turn Off Notifications is unresponsive, stuck in the "Allow Notifications" position, even after rebooting the phone. I even cleared the memory cache but no change. The field and toggle has become unresponsive and "greyed out" so I cannot Turn Off Notifications for Samsung Notes.
