Do you have any kind of work VPN or email set up on the device? This message usually means a third party policy is blocking some features, and in my experience, the most common reason is companies restricting their employees' phones when they access corporate servers for work.

I am having the same issue and I don't have a work VPN or work email setup on it. I tried following the other instructions on other posts, sensors on, ect.. I turned my sensor back off since it wasn't fixing it anyway
I have this issue after updates, I try to block them but after some time they're forced. I may need to switch phones, this has been an issue a long time
