The last update my S20 Ultra went through was on August 31st, September 2nd I was able to use all my cameras. This past Sunday, September 12th, I was no longer able to use the selfie camera.

When I open the camera app, it will work as normal until I touch the reverse camera icon. This is when i get the "WARNING: Camera Failure" message and can no longer use the app until i clear it Data and Cache.

I wish to not have to perform a Factory Reset as I tend to lose pictures and videos every time that i have done this in the past, even with the Samsung Backup. So i wish to try EVERYTHING else before a Factory Reset.

Please help me!

Was it a update glitch or a product fault? 🤔

I understand how frustrating this is. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001329 You can also delete the app cache without deleting your information. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/ Please let me know if this helps.
